All my working life has been in various Customer Service roles, the last 29 years as Head of Customer Service for the International Luxury Manufacturer and Retailer Mulberry. Most well known for their Handbags and Luggage. I was personally responsible for all escalated complaints as well as those sent directly to the CEO, finding solutions for both the Customer and Mulberry's satisfaction and benefit. Also ensuring my team handled every contact with customers was met with a consistent approach.
