CX Program Lead
With a blend of BE, CX Management, UX Design and project management skills, Ian has worked with organizations leading teams to understand their customers’ desired outcomes and then plan, align, create and deliver customer-centric experiences. He is a 2019 CX Impact Award Winner, CXPA Impact, International CX 2020 and Gulf CX 2021 Awards judge. Ian focusses his skills on bridging the gap between organizational strategy and its implementation. He’s the CX Program lead at the City of Stonnington’s Council, as well as a design league coach at the Interaction Design Foundation and a CXPA mentor.
