Seda Alpkaya is the Founder of Voxal Consulting, a customer experience consulting business in London delivering customer experience strategy advice, training, and data analysis services to businesses and entrepreneurs. She has over 20-years professional experience in automotive, telecom and retail sectors where she held various leadership positions being Group Manager Customer Care & CRM at Philip Morris Turkey, Customer Services Director at Millenicom EWE AG and Customer Experience Strategy and Touchpoint Manager at Turkcell Group. Seda’s primary areas of expertise include customer experience strategy, leadership, and governance, CX transformation, design thinking, touchpoint experience and employee experience design. She is a CCXP, a member of CXPA and holds an MBA degree from Koç University and an e-MBA from Cornell University on Customer-focused Product and Service Design.
