Andrea has been 6 years in the Tech SaaS industry, and for the past 3 years in the position of Client Experience Manager for India and the Middle East region. She has been in charge of improving the customer service delivery department and leading the centralization of EMEA support teams for the region. She led CX initiatives such as journey digitization project that involved mobile app launch, live chat implementation, help centre launch, as well as self, serve department launch. Her new product strategy won 2nd place at GCXA '19. Andrea holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt as well as Branding & Customer Experience Certificate from IE University.
