Ender has work experience for 15+ years in; CX, Sales, After Sales, IT and Marketing areas including team lead. His area of expertise is in; Business Development and Innovation, Marketing and Marcom, Agile Project Management, Digital Transformation and Change Management, Mobile App Development, Design of Customer Experience Strategies.
Currently, at Eczacibasi, he is taking the lead in reorganizing/reshaping the company to strengthen the Customer Centric Culture and CX Strategy.
Prior to his current position, he used to lead teams at Mercedes-Benz for many years. Among his various international awards focusing on CSI and CX; one of them has a special place: “AS Status Tracker App”. It was selected as the worldwide winner (#1) and chosen as “Daimler Global Top 10 Mobile Apps” by the Board Members. Afterwards, the project has been implemented successfully on a global scale.
