With over 20 years’ experience in Customer Service within the Housing Sector her passion is listening to customers via Customer Satisfaction and finding the best practices to support them using the latest technology available. With her coaching & mentoring degree she believes that work cultures in which employees feel understood, listened to, empathised with and are well supported, flows through into the customer experience. She has also volunteered as a layperson for the Royal College of Radiologist and Lymphoma Association.
