She started her career in sales function in 2006 then moved to Dublin in 2009. Between 2011 and 2013, Işıl worked as responsible for the EMEA region in the Risk Management Department at PayPal Europe Services in Dublin. After returning to Turkey, she joined GittiGidiyor -an eBay company- as Risk Management Manager in 2015. Today, Işıl is Chief Customer Excellence Officer at GittiGidiyor and leading Customer Experience, Risk Operations, Risk Management, Payment & Logistics Operations and Seller Standards units.
