Gamze Numanoğlu, born in İstanbul in 1981, graduated from Galatasaray Lisesi and received her undergraduate education at the Faculty of Communication at the Université de Nice Sophia Antipolis in France.
Gamze, who has 17 years of experience in the communication & advertising industry, has worked on brand strategy and consumer insights in global advertising agencies for many years, and has held managerial positions at different levels. Prior to Aktif Bank, she established her own independent advertising agency Trompet and worked as an agency founding partner focused on Strategy and Client Services for many local and global leader brands. As of 2021, Gamze is leading the newly established Customer Experience & Communications Group at Aktif Bank and working in cooperation with all groups of the bank to build a Customer Centric Culture and to improve the Customer Experience in all offline & online touchpoints. As the Managing Director of the CX & Communications Group, she also leads the Digital Marketing and MarCom teams.
