Chief Customer Officer
Sharon is the Chief Customer Officer at MKL Innovation and MKL CX. She is an international best-selling author of several Customer Experience books – including the latest You’re CX’y and We Know It.
Sharon is a ‘CCXP’ and her expertise lies in customer strategy, culture and implementation. She is a director at the Customer Institute, helping to raise the bar in Customer Experience standards. She is a fully qualified Programme Manager having led many large multi-£m transformation and technical programmes in FTSE100’s across the UK. Sharon has recently completed her Masters in Business (MBA) at Cranfield University and is currently learning to be a fixed wing pilot.
