Retaining a curiosity and passion for understanding what drives individual, and organisational, success, Carol supports development and understanding of the role that colleagues, managers and leaders play in that success. Additionally, Carol has researched the part we all play in enabling others to become 'Corporate Emperors' and continues to drive a leadership revolution to meet the changing needs and demands across organisations today.
